Sealdah region falls in the central part of Kolkata city.
Sealdah with Howrah constitutes two important railway divisions in
the city and around. The much busy railway station has had a good
influence on the entire locality. Very characteristic of the city,
the place of Sealdah is congested and supports a great population.

(International) is less than 7 kms. The domestic airport is 15
kms far from the township.
